Today, our family-owned group encompasses real estate investment, commercial and residential project development, and strategic investments in companies outside the real estate industry.
Our commercial portfolio comprises over 170,000m2 of modern and flexible rental properties, primarily in Greater Copenhagen. Stensdal develops housing in selected areas on Zealand, where proximity to nature, city life, and community go hand in hand. We choose locations with clear potential and good connections to Copenhagen and regional hubs, so that everyday life flows smoothly for those who live there.
Through our housing concept, Favn, we develop modern rental properties with a focus on quality, security, and well-functioning neighborhoods. The homes must be practical in terms of layout, materials, and surroundings. Our ambition is to create a framework where communities can develop naturally and where urban and green areas are designed together from the outset.
