Stensdal delivers new MTAB headquarters in Taastrup and simultaneously sells the property 


Stensdal has just completed construction of the nearly 11,000 m² corporate headquarters at Dybendalsvænget 3A in Taastrup. The property was developed and built as a tailor-made headquarters for MTAB Danmark A/S, which received the keys on January 30, 2026, and moved into its new Danish headquarters the following Monday. At the same time, Stensdal can announce that, in connection with the completion of the construction project, the property has been sold to DK Loginvest Holding ApS, a subsidiary of the Norwegian real estate group Erla Eiendom Holding A/S.The transaction is being carried out as a corporate transaction and the purchase price is not being disclosed. 

The property is designed as a modern and functional headquarters that brings together warehousing, logistics, and administration under one roof. The building is laid out with high-bay warehousing directly connected to logistics areas, workshops, and administrative areas. 

The interior design has been purposefully flexible to ensure that the property supports MTAB's workflows and future needs. At the same time, emphasis has been placed on robust materials, clear flow lines, and a functional layout that creates an efficient everyday environment for both employees and operations. The construction was carried out in close collaboration with the general contractor Midtjysk Albyg and with MTAB Danmark A/S as an active sparring partner throughout the process.

The property has achieved DGNB Silver certification and has provided Stensdal with valuable experience in the certification process and the requirements and opportunities that come with it.

Ready to move in


The sale of the property was assisted by CBRE, which conducted the transaction as an off-market process and was part of Stensdal's overall portfolio strategy. 

“The project has been both successful and professionally interesting, and the end product we ended up with—a high-quality building and a long-term lease with an attractive tenant—has proven to command an attractive price. Our primary focus is to acquire existing commercial properties and transform and manage them with a long-term perspective, where energy optimization and responsible operation are the focal points. We currently have quite a few purchase opportunities in this segment, so it was natural to sell the property when it was ready for occupancy,"says Søren Stensdal, adding: "In addition to the strategic considerations, this is obviously also a good and attractive deal for us, with a return we can only be satisfied with. Overall, it is a solution that makes sense for all parties."
