Stensdal acquires two centrally located office properties in Høje-Taastrup
With the acquisition of Høje Taastrup Boulevard 19 and 20, Stensdal strengthens its presence in Høje-Taastrup and at the same time rounds off 170,000 m2 of commercial properties in its portfolio.
As of March 1, 2026, Stensdal has acquired the office properties at Høje Taastrup Boulevard 19 and 20 in Taastrup. The properties comprise a total of just under 7,000 m2 of leasable space, primarily office space and a smaller public-facing section on the ground floor.
The properties are located at Nordtorvet in Høje-Taastrup and constitute the northern entrance to Høje-Taastrup Station. They are partially leased, with Nykredit as the largest tenant. The transaction is being carried out as an asset deal, and the purchase price is DKK 41 million.
It doesn't get any closer to the station than this
Stensdal is delighted with the acquisition of the two properties for the portfolio. Søren Stensdal says:
“We have acquired two well-built properties in excellent condition and with a high standard of maintenance. Now it is up to us to add the Stensdal style and make the product even more attractive. We are already well helped by the exceptionally close location to the station as the closest neighbor to Høje-Taastrup Station. It simply does not get any more central in this geography."
A busy quarter in Stensdal
The purchase is the latest in a series of transactions within a short period of time. On February 1, Stensdal acquired two commercial properties in Herlev and Hillerød, respectively, totaling just under 21,000 m2, and in mid-February, a newly built headquarters in Høje-Taastrup, measuring just under 11,000 m2, was sold.
With this latest acquisition, Stensdal's commercial portfolio now totals 170,000 m2.
