Over the next nine months, the first stage of Elsinore's new neighborhood, Ammendrup Park, will emerge in the southern part of the city. The sun was high in the sky and the joy of building was palpable. Since Stensdal Group took over the 200,000 m2 site in 2020, things have moved fast. "In the first stage of 28 plots, no less than 20 have already been sold, so today we are opening the sale of the next stage of 33 plots at prices from DKK 1,150,000 - 1,550,000 including VAT and connection fees. The construction of the first detached houses will start in a month, which means that locals can really see that something is happening in the area in the near future," says Søren Ravn, B2B Director at HusCompagniet.
In addition to locals, the new residents include many families from Copenhagen who have opened their eyes to the special location in Helsinge. And when the first residents move in, they will be joined by lots of winged neighbors. The green surroundings have made room for insects and butterflies, which will have plenty of space for wild habitats and breeding grounds. The initiative is a result of Stensdal Group's butterfly partnership with the Danish Society for Nature Conservation, and makes the homes in the new neighborhood a green experience in all respects.
