Welcome to our new eatery on Lundtoftegårdsvej in Lyngby
We've been looking forward to it for a long time, and on Monday, November 18, we were finally able to welcome our tenants into the brand new eatery in the multi-user building at Lundtoftegårdsvej 95-97 in Kongens Lyngby. A result that emphasizes the level of ambition and development of the Stensdal Style, and with the positive reception of the employees who have their daily routine in the office building, we are sure that the new canteen will become a natural meeting point for the building's users. A canteen out of the ordinary
From idea to finished result, the vision has been clear: to create a canteen that is much more than just a place to eat. The eatery is intended to be a vibrant center of community, an inspiring workstation, a flexible meeting place, and a place of distraction and variety from the employees' usual office space.
The result is a modern and inviting space where aesthetics, coziness and an informal atmosphere go hand in hand. With colorful details and a decor that invites relaxation, the new canteen is designed to be a gathering point and to give employees a respite from the workday.
Focus on responsibility and taste experiences
In collaboration with Kokkenes Køkken and their SANS! concept, we bring a special dimension to the dining experience and complete the new eatery. The concept is based on neurogastronomy, responsibility and minimizing food waste. Large buffets and crowded plates are replaced with dishes that appeal to all the senses and where every detail and element of the dishes served is carefully considered.
We are incredibly proud of the finished result and the great effort that has been put in by all parties involved. A big thank you to those who have made it possible to realize the vision of an eatery that is not just about food, but about community, well-being and inspiration.
