Stensdal Group expands portfolio with almost 7,000 m2 multi-user property in Farum

On March 1, Stensdal Group took over a striking office property of 6,780 m2 located at Hørmarken 2 in Farum. At the time of the acquisition, the property was approximately 40% leased, and even before the takeover, Stensdal Group had already signed a lease agreement for 2,608 m² with a tenant who will move in later this year - when the lease is renovated in the special Stensdal style.

The takeover day was only a few hours old when Stensdal Group's craftsmen moved in at seven in the morning on March 1. A vacant lease on the ground and first floor will be renovated in the familiar Stensdal style to be ready later this year for a new tenant, who has already signed the lease.

The tenant, to be announced later, has bought into the special style with glass walls, wooden floors and energy-saving LED lighting.

At Stensdal Group, we are very pleased that this distinctive property has now been added to the portfolio, which already consists of 8,814 m2 located on Hvedemarken in the same business area. In fact, only a few hundred meters away.

"The property has architectural qualities and an attractive location, which means that it fits very well into our other portfolio of office properties," says Søren Stensdal.

The property was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield RED, who also arranged the contact with the new tenant with whom a lease agreement has now been signed.

There is still a 1,100 m2 vacancy in the property, which Stensdal Group expects to find new tenants quickly.

With the new acquisition, Stensdal Group's portfolio of commercial properties grows to approximately 130,000 m².
