The people behind the development
Project development is about relationships and professionalism. At Stensdal Group, we are led by an experienced team of developers with strong competencies in architecture, finance, sustainability and project management. Our team works closely with the Group's other departments - Construction, Property & Asset Management, Finance and Communication & ESG - to ensure that projects are handled safely from initial analysis to operation and administration. This holistic approach means we can create functional, value-adding and sustainable properties that make a real difference in everyday life.
A process with perspective
Our project process is circular. Each step builds on the lessons learned from the previous one - which means we are constantly evolving and improving. The process covers everything from concept and analysis to construction, operation and evaluation, but in practice it covers a broader range: we work with authorities, due diligence, budget management, leasing and certifications - always in close collaboration with our colleagues and consultants. In this way, we create projects that are both professionally and commercially viable.
Our focus area
We have open arms when it comes to new opportunities. We develop both residential and commercial properties - alone or in partnership - and we see opportunities in everything from public partnerships to private investments and joint ventures.
We are looking for projects with the potential to create more than just buildings.
