The people behind the development

Project development is all about relationships and expertise. At Stensdal, we have an experienced team of developers at the helm, with strong competencies in architecture, finance, sustainability, and project management. Our team works closely with the group's other departments – Construction Engineering, Property & Asset Management, Finance, and Communication & ESG – to ensure that projects are handled securely from initial analysis to operation and administration. This holistic approach means that we can create functional, value-adding and sustainable properties that make a real difference in everyday life.

A process with perspective

Our project process is circular. Each step builds on the lessons learned from the previous one - which means we are constantly evolving and improving. The process covers everything from concept and analysis to construction, operation and evaluation, but in practice it covers a broader range: we work with authorities, due diligence, budget management, leasing and certifications - always in close collaboration with our colleagues and consultants. In this way, we create projects that are both professionally and commercially viable.
