With nature as your closest neighbor
Favrhøj is located between Favrholm Station and the future regional hospital, Nyt Hospital Nordsjælland, right next to an area of beautiful natural surroundings.
The development of Favrhøj is being handled by Byudviklingsselskabet Favrholm, a subsidiary of Stensdal A/S. The number of apartments is expected to be 400-450, and construction is currently expected to begin in Q1 2027.
This is how far we are with the project

Developed with the environment in mind
Favrhøj consists of 33,900 square meters of floor space, which is primarily intended for multi-story residential construction. As you move around the development, you will notice that the height of the buildings varies: in the lowest parts of the terrain, the buildings will be 4-6 stories high, and as you move up the hilly landscape, the number of stories increases to 7. In the middle of the development, the tower building stretches up to 14 stories. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape and urban areas, as well as down to the slightly larger clearing of Favrhøj, which is also located in the middle of the area.
The distinctive look is emphasized by the material palette, where you first encounter light and inviting brickwork, which contrasts beautifully with the green roofs. Windows, doors, and other details are made of wood, drawing the scenic surroundings into the building.
In the southern part is the spacious parking garage, which is less than 300 meters from the furthest apartments – and even though the buildings here also stretch up towards the sky, they are positioned so that the afternoon and evening sun can still peek into the urban spaces (and don't worry about the distance to the parking garage if you live in the northernmost apartments. There will also be priority parking spaces closer by, so that all residents will have a maximum of 200 meters to a long-term parking space).
The new green city district
Favrholm is located south of Hillerød and will, within the next few years, be home to a hospital, an S-train station, businesses, and a large number of new homes. With its location, Favrholm will become a natural center for vibrant everyday life in an area where leading international expertise in life science, climate, and environmental knowledge is emerging. Good traffic connections and public transport options will make it easy to get to Favrholm from the rest of North Zealand and from Copenhagen in just 30 minutes.

The area takes shape
Although some of the housing projects are still on the drawing board, it is already possible to follow the development of the area.
On a beautiful spring day in May 2025, for example, we joined many other people in attending the inauguration of the footbridges leading from Favrhøj to Nyt Hospital Nordsjælland. This marked the completion of the direct connection from Favrholm station to the regional hospital.
