In several of our renovated properties and leases, we have invested in new ceilings with intelligent lighting control. For the benefit of tenants, for us and our green accounts - and not least: for the environment.

All lights are LED lights that turn on, dim or turn off automatically thanks to sensors in the ceiling that detect movement or sound. There are no switches for employees to deal with. This means you don't have to think about lighting when entering and exiting rooms.

It all adds up to savings. Hour by hour, day by day. So, on an annual basis, intelligent lighting control helps to make a positive impact on the electricity consumption graph of the tenancy and the property.

We believe that the spaces you spend many of your waking hours in affect your work performance. That's why we install beautiful oiled, finger-jointed wooden floors (which don't make as much noise as regular wooden floors), decorate with sound-absorbing glass partitions that let in plenty of light, install bright acoustic ceilings with intelligent LED lighting, and finish with black kitchen and toilet/bathroom cores from Svane Køkken. It doesn't matter that it looks good even though it's "only" where you work, right?
