Attractive store location
Stensdal Group owns and operates Fredericia Megacenter - centrally located on Fredericia's busiest approach road: Vejlevej 115-117. Today the address for ILVA and Jem & Fix. We are now ready to build additional retail leases of between 1,000 - 4,800 m2 and a large parking area.
In 2020, Fredericia won the award as the most innovative place to shop and was also nominated in the category "Denmark's Best Shopping City". The growing attractiveness of Fredericia as a commercial city does not seem to be waning anytime soon. The municipality has reached the end of the road for the time being. The city center has changed very positively over a number of years, and the historic fortress town is buzzing with life and has become an attractive destination for both local merchants and out-of-town guests looking for a destination for shopping, café trips or a cultural kick.
This is partly thanks to close collaboration between the city's business community, shops and Fredericia Municipality, which helps to ensure good cooperation and the launch of initiatives that will contribute to continued growth in both the short and long term. The goal from the municipal side is for this development to continue, so that in 2030, Fredericia can also be called an attractive and growing commercial city.
